just take a fingertip, start with 2-3x a week and go up to everyday later

It has effect that can make your skin dry out so make sure that you smear good amount of moisture before applying and after applying. Use this fucking method sandwich method moisture+tret+moisture. ​

apply it on a pea size before sleeping and wash off when u wake up try to avoid sun or just use spf when tret is not on
