apply a little all over the face. you can taper up the usage like start 3x a week then work your way up. if its verry irritating you can sandwitch it between moisturizer. there are threads talking about retinoids you should look them up.

Def apply it at night, not in the morning. and use sunscreen at day. Like tretinoin can be irritating your skin needs to get used to it so just apply it and see how you tolerate it. start your way up. and if its verry irritating sandwitch it. hopefully that answers it!
