How should I approach female working at the store?

I went to a clothing store a few days ago and saw one of the most attractive females ive seen in my life working there. I asked for help and when she turned around I was stunned, she is the only female ive seen in months that rivals my oneitis in looks.

Guys here would rate her a 5-7 but to me she was 10. She was around 5 feet tall, light skinned, and either latina or arab.

She was dressed like this:

How can I approach her without being creepy and getting security called on me.

I was thinking "Hey, I like your style. Im Ken, whats your name? Do you want to go out sometime?"

I know I will probably get rejected but I must try
