Hy I did is my face chill in bp terms?
 
-try new hairstyles for a fresh look (if you have been rocking the same one for a long time).
-start lifting heavy (slightly more than your comfort level), it will strain your neck muscles (thickens the muscles) and tighten the suprahyoid and infrahyoid (muscles which are around your hyoid bone which provide you a better depth under your jaw and chin).
- and if you're the same guy i told to keep the cam on the eye level, try specific cleansers (according to your skin type) to fix acne. and just make sure you wash your face maybe twice a day with the cleanser (especially when you come home after being outside). if you have an oily skin most of the times, try washing your face multiple times with just cold water throughout the day and use a clean towel.

depends on your height and weight. id say dont focus on the scale for now, you dont look obese to me. just get your gym and cardio in and you'll do good in terms of aesthetics.

if you're ever planning to hop on gear, think about it a lot before trying cuz doing it at a young age disrupts natural hormones of our body, as teens are still growing. preferable age is anywhere above 25+

preferable weight varies according to body type, some people have dense bones, so most their weight is gonna be in the bones (there can be more examples.) basically, more than scale the scale, just get your workout done.

im 17 too, 6'3. im around 205lbs (93kgs) since i was fat my whole childhood, im a bit heavy than most. but ive done my self better by hitting the gym and building muscle, hence i look lean than before now.

for you, try eating more as you're gonna be lifting heavy. if you're like me, you will automatically start feeling more hungry than usual when you start lifting heavy. if you check your BMI (its bullshit btw), dont focus much on it. do your cardio and lifting, thats all you'll need.
