How should I be applying hydrocortisone?

Hi guys, hope you're all ok. I've been doing some research about how I should be using hydrocortisone to reduce swelling on my nose but I can't find any useful articles or information. Do any of you know on which areas of the nose it should be applied on and how many times a week? Thanks.
