How Should I Correct Upper Eyelid Exposure? (Pics)

I realized I have too much upper eyelid exposure, and is holding my aesthetics back, giving me a tired and sad look.

What should I do about this surgery wise?, I've seem some routes;

A) Upper blepharoplasty
B) Ptosis correction
C) Fat transfer to upper eyelid area

Here is an example of someone who had similar upper eyelids to me who underwent ptosis correction, and I'm leaning towards this

I swear, it adds like 1 to 2 points to him and I'm leaning towards ptosis correction too. Any based surgerymaxxer can give advice?
