How should I debloat with telmisartan?

Already ordered it without doing extensive research for when I am on cycle. Is it that important to use or should I use something else? I don't want the test bloat but I can't add any pottasium sparring diuretics nor pottasium supplements because apparently it's dangerous. I have HCTZ but it does absolute jack shit and only elevates my heart rate. Can someone please recommend me alternatives to telmisartan or a different diuretic that's effective and won't kill me
