How should I exercise in puberty?

I want to be taller and have more frame is the only thing that interests me, and I want to know how I should exercise so that it helps me in something. Should I go to the gym or what can I do please help
 
I'm thinking cardio type activities are your best bet. Running, jogging and yeah swimming like @capybara said.

lifting but avoid doing over 15sets a muscle to avoid unnecessary catabolism and if your sore dont train that muscle or it builds cortisol which isnt good for height

if u are going to do OHP or squats be careful so it doesnt exacerbate scoliosis or disc loss

sprinting, lifting, full body cardio
