How should I get headgear to pull the maxilla forward

I see reverse pull headgear on Amazon, but is there something I need to attach skeletally to the bone before I buy it? Also, how well would it work in pulling my maxilla forward at 14

just lie lie to your parents about problems like breathing and shit, make them schedule a doctors appointment and lie to the doctor a lot too, watch a video on how to do and then you can get a headgear

Get an expander to loosen up those sutures and attach the headgear to the expander. Tell the ortho your plan and tell him your desperate. If he gives u an expander but no headgear js use ur amazon one and try to hook it onto the expander anyways.
