get a sharps countainer. If you cant get one you can use a plastic bottle, then just throw in the trash.

bring 'snacks' into ur room like cereal boxes or cheez its, or smth in a box, and jus shove it in there and throw out the box. as well as having a trash can in your room to use, and u jus take it out urself so its like 2fa
