how should i go about accutane

this is considering the dosage and whatnot since I'm planning on buying it soon. my acne isn't bad, but there are some spots here and there
but how low of a dosage should I do to the point it won't hurt my liver
and are there any protocols just in case I get some liver damage

Accutane isn't actually hepatotoxic it just raises liver enzymes slightly.

do you think I will experience purging? I've already been using tretinoin for a long time

and if I get accutane should I stop using tretinoin cause I feel like those two combined will just completely dry my skin out

If you've been using tret you probalby won't purge and if you do It won't be bad

Yes you shouldn't use accutane and tret as they have very similar mechanisms of action and it will rape your skin barrier if you use both.

so I have to cut out tretinoin entirely?

or could I still use it here and there since I've heard tretinoin is really good long term as it promotes cell turnover and skin elasticity while accutane just makes ur skin stop producing oil if im not mistaken

basically i wanna keep using tretinoin or is that not an option if i were to utilize accutane
