How should I go about leanmaxxing?

I’m currently on a high protein diet, and consuming 1,500 calories per day. I have no access to any gyms because they’re closed due to the virus. Are there any body weight exercises to do at home? Would pull-ups be good? Let me know how I should be leanmaxxing, please.

Honestly if you cut down, you will look better for sure, but you don't have adequate muscle mass to look like Pitt. I think you need to gym pretty hard for a year to look like that. Speaking of home workouts, I got a pull ups bar and some dumbbells and I feel like its worth it. Basic stuff like pull ups and push ups are good enough for beginners.

Should pull-ups/push ups combined with the diet I’m doing get me at least a 4 pack

My maxilla is flat af and my chin is very slightly recessed. I apparently have decent zygos though

Yeah maybe. But I was like 12% bf max when I was younger. Haven’t been there since.
 
eat 150g of protein a day, and do either weights or at the bare minimum push-ups and shit and you’ll be fine

don’t sit on ur ass though or else you’ll be losing both fat AND muscle .

Unironically start running, yesterday. You'd actually benefit, it also will build your abs. Do abs exercises on pull up bar(leg raises while hanging), pull ups, chin ups, sprinting, get some dumb bells for arms or buckets of heavy shit. That's the minimum you should do, but you'll be floored from half of it.
Also 1.5k is dumb, very much so. Feel like I've read this 1.5k number so many times... Anyway, go for at the very minimum 2k and only then try to lose weight. Which means you'll have to be active and eat above 2k tbh. You're lazy shit, if you can survive on 1.5k and then even lose weight.
