Option A:
Train to failure in 5-6 reps
3 sets

Option B:
Go to failure in 15 reps but do 12 reps
4 sets

Option C:
Train to failure in 15 reps
4 sets

My goal is to get some muscle mass while aging myself as less as possible
 
option a would be the best option

idk bro i dont recommend a lot, just try to maintain good bf% and u are good to go, gymcelling is ugly
