how should i improve my oily scarred inflamed skin?

I have oily skin, handful amount of post inflammatory erythema (pie) scars on cheeks and redness.
hopped on accutane a year nd a half ago acne is fully gone only scars are remaining.
does anyone know how to get rid of all the shit i just listed?

AM :
Splash water with face
Serum hyaluronic acid and niacinamide
Moisturizer
Sunscreen

PM :
Cleanser
Moisturizer
