5’8 at 14 means your either gonna be 6’4 or you already stopped growing. It’s all genetics boyo, I only got real facial development now when I’m 17. Only thing you can do is live life and wait, what can’t be fixed with time can only be solved with surgery

Lifting some weights AND cardio never hurt, will also help with the bloating for sure. Also don’t inject tren. You don’t want a bodybuilder physique you want something aesthetic. Think of goku or if you want a real life example David laid.

Obviously those guys are injecting but try to emulate it, roída in puberty can fuck up your hormones rather than help if done wrong
