How should I talk to foids without frauding the whole time

Im completely untouchable when it comes to talking with whores or any type of foid for that matter but I can’t help but feel like talking to them would make me feel a bit better about being a LMTN so either I should be talkative or I should just ignore them to not risk a spike but idk
