How should I travel with Hgh for 2 days

I’m leaving in a few hours, and I’m coming back Friday night
This means I would have to do 4 pins in our hotel with my family, but they aren’t completely against me pinning and know about it
I just know if I’m too open about it their going to question me and make things worse
Should I reconstitute a vial here, cool it in my fridge, and keep it in a lunchbox until I can put it in the fridge in our hotel or should I just reconstitute a new vial there?
Or is it not a big deal to miss 4 pins
