How should I use t4 and t3 on hgh?

I haven’t found anything about how much t3+t4 or just t4 I should take.
Idk if it is abt thyroid but I am on reta for 2 months and barely eat and I am still not losing that much weight. Sinde it surpresses natural production there should be a set amount I should take right?

Tldr: How much t4/t3+t4 should I take on 6IU+Reta

isn't the problem t4 converting to t3? So wouldn't taking t3 make it worse?
Also I feel cold and have issues losing weight so could be thyroid related.

No hgh will already convert more t4 into t3, you might run outta t4 reserve so its better to supp that
