How soy, plants, & vegetables impairs growth

1. They impair binding of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients essential for growth.


2. They disrupt digestion of protein.

3. They suppress thyroid hormones, leading to hypothyroidism.

4. It is an endocrine disruptor, cucking your hormones.

5. Increases need for vitamins D & B12.

6. They become toxic if they are processed.


7. They contain high levels of aluminum, cucking the nervous system & killing the kidneys.

TLDR: Avoid soy, plants, and vegetables at all costs. These are the dangers of plant toxins and soy which causes malnutrition and underdevelopment.

:lul: Also goy = synthetic factory trash, containing microplastics (phytoestrogens). Avoid consuming fake processed food as well.


THE OPTIMAL DIET
Only eat dairy, meats, & proteins.

Also consume carbohydrates (real bread) in very small amounts. This bread seems good as it contains all 9 essential amino acids.
