How soy, plants, & vegetables impairs growth
1. They impair binding of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients essential for growth.
2. They disrupt digestion of protein.
3. They suppress thyroid hormones, leading to hypothyroidism.
4. It is an endocrine disruptor, cucking your hormones.
5. Increases need for vitamins D & B12.
