SSRI is the most evil jew drug.

But even the smallest doses helped me solve sleep fragmentation.

How does it work? When I take SSRI it feels like I can breathe better and my airway feels less dry and I can sleep way better.

Doesn't really improve mood or something otherwise.

I stopped taking SSRI because of sides, I don't want to continue feeding PSSD.

But maybe if I switched diet my inflammation would decrease too??

Technology ruins sleep, many people nowadays need a drug to perform a basic human function

Just lol

Could be, but in my case I think it's related to some kind of allergy or immune response to food or something.

I just get dry airways and I use a lot of wet solutions during the night when I'm not on SSRI.

I try to eat earlier in the day and less sugar it seems to help a bit.
