How strange is it to angrily shout and vent and talk to yourself while alone?

You know while showering or doing the dishes or driving. Acting out what you’d like to say to others if you stopped caring and dropped your facade. We all do this right?

When I’m alone driving I’ll just talk. About nothing in particular, it’s like word salad. I’ll just go for example;

“Yeah and that’s why I did it. It was just right, at least for me, and of course it’s all kinda relative to who you are but it was the right trajectory. And I’m proud of it. Not to see the other things were bad,”

Etc. makes 0 sense. But that’s the type of things I do when I’m alonn
