Boxing/mma. Im just slowly improving my destroyed body
If you are doing it with a legit school, you will become significantly stronger. Like a stupid amount. Your boxing will improve a lot tbh, boxing is the easiet to learn. Wrestling is easy too, BJJ will take a while, but you will still mog everyone tbh. It's going to be rough though and you will deffo get injured

Yea true; im heading to this old gym soon. Im just gonna wait a few months to a year to strength and condition. Im already 2 months into my training

You should be doing SandC while learning how to box or even before you start any boxing.

You will be good enough at fighting to beat 95%+ of people on the streets. Legit.

You gain functional strength tbh, every muscle you use to do footwork, throw strikes etc + your neck and core will become strong and hardened.

You will become faster and able to endure more physical hardship as well.

In purely physical fitness terms, you'd be ready in a few months tbh but then you'd just need to train and spar ngl.

For sure, but I think a whole year will be good enough to reach peak condition
