Two good looking dudes get rated an 8/10 on the dot.

Take both photos, approach women on the street and ask them who can ones more attractive.

Responses you will get are “I think both are attractive but I find the 1st guy hotter because I prefer x feature)
Or
“I find the 2nd guy hotter because I prefer y feature”

That difference is subjective

Then let’s say you compare a 3/10 to one of the 8/10 guys

The difference between those two men are objective and rooted in science.

there are some highly appealing, almost universally appealing traits such as tall height and broad shoulders(for men), big boobs(for women) etc
there are also some mildly appealing traits, which are highly affected by culture and personal preference: beard(for men), very big butt(for women) etc
and also there are traits that are entirely based on culture and personal preference, such as girls who like guys with long hair, or guys who like girls with short hair and there you go.

So beauty, imo, is highly subjective, but still some of its elements are almost objective.
