I'm sometimes 184 evening but it depends on how active I was during the day. I never drop below 183.5 though, even after a lower-body workout at the gym.

I’ve begun hanging daily and plan on supplementing MSM + Chondroitin to help maintain my morning height. I’ve realized my posture is poor and could probably gain a cm or 2 if I fixed it completely
