I’m 16 and 181 cm tall. My father is 175 cm and my mother is 173 cm, but my mom’s side of the family is quite tall, while my dad’s side has always been pretty short. I’m not finished with puberty yet, and I’m only just starting to grow facial hair—it’s more like peach fuzz at the moment.

Not a lot you can do about height if I am to be honest but I would recommend swimming and sleep as well as taking HGH (WHICH IS RISKY THOUGH because sometimes Hgh will have you suffering side effects without any benefits or it will only give you a few inches of growth like 0.2 or 0.5 with heavy side effects)
