Im 6.3 just turnd 16 life in the netherlands dad 6.5 mom 5.9 im right now drinking and eating as much protein and zinc and calcium i can do. But i have no clue if this could work or not. Is there any change i could get to 6.6.

I had one big growspurt when i was 14 and went to the docter bcs of my knee they said i prob have 2 growspurts to go so mayby i still have one

you can try estimate via birth length and parents height but left wrist + knee x ray is the most accurate way doctors will underestimate you always so add 1-2cm
