If the average goes up from let's say 5ft 8 to 5ft 10 then the entire distribution also shifts.
You will see proportionately more teens in the 6ft + category.

It's because everyone larps and inch and also wear expensive shoes. That give them an inch a legitimate 6 footer will think their 6'2 and a 5'10 will think their 6ft-6'1

Yeah and it is stupid. I wear some tall shoes for the style but I seen the soles of other sport shoes. Christ it is a solid 3 inches in em.
