thanks, my sleep is cooked especially in holidays i sleep at like 12:30-1am everyday cuz im up playing video games w my friends
any advice? should i just sleep at 10 and not play for that long?

If u want to max out height wake up 30 before sunrise minutes and thru a 9 hour sleep or little less. Go outside b4 an hour at waking up. U can st8ll play video games, at 5 am when u wake up, instead of 1 am when u go to sleep.
