Started puberty around average time maybe slightly early

5'10 and 5'7 parents barefoot morning in their prime, shorter now

Got 4.7 on tanner stage puberty test

Can't grow facial hair, slightly below average dimorphism that has gotten significantly better for age over the last year

Usually your growth is nearly done by the time you're age 15 to 16 with a tiny bit of more growth afterwards, probably 6'2 and 6'3 if you're lucky by age 21

Are you going to use it to compete or does it have aspects to your life that mean a lot to you, like does playing sports make you extremely happy

If anything having great athleticism is a bigger reason to get LL since the injury risk is lower

i doubt ill have enough money to pay for LL and even if i did i probably wouldnt

i am finding other ways to grow apart from HGH pathways and LL though even though it might be cope im desperate

I'm not an expert but if you haven't grown in 3 years already then it's already completely over and hgh wouldn't do anything to my knowledge since biologically in your growth plates you are practically 20 years old compared to average

Get an X ray scan

Seriously consider LL though, it would make an insane world of difference even just to 5'8 is infinitely better and several points of face ahead

Do you fraud height irl

Ideal posture is +1cm
Tiptoewalk/slight tiptoe during standing is +0.7cm
Wearing shoes that are an inch above average height(avg is 1") is the max you can do without looking goofy and will +2cm at a first impression and +1.25cm roughly long term with friends and a partner in perception since you'll be in public often
Depending on skull shape, having your hair in the ideal way can make your skull seem up to a cm higher than it actually is but is easy to mess this up and look shorter

You can reach 5'6½ in perception permanently if you fully lock in and ~5'7 at a first impression

Which is a HUGE diff in treatment compared to 5'5
