I mean yeah It could be so. But for all I know he could get a growth spurts in the following years. He is 15 5'7 and his father 5'10-5'11. Which means he is under his projected height. At 15 you can grow a lot more than you realise.

On average yes. And actually 12-15. But that doesn't mean it's the same for everyone. I'm not saying he WILL grow more. But looking at his fathers and mothers height and his age. It isn't unlikely he will catch up to his father.
