I would say hgh+ai but I am not that researched on this part but just sleep and have good habits and time will tell, I am 5'7 at 17 and growth plates closed

And my wingspan is 181 5,11

ye boi just pray like I did my growth ended at 13 and I was 174cm then I started praying and I grew to 191cm in 2 years before growing so fast the doctor told me that I was gonna be 182cm but I'm 191 now
