You can change the trajectory of how well or poorly you age by never smoking, drink only in moderation if at all, wearing sun screen, exercising regularly, exfoliating regularly and moisturizing daily.

Add 5+ years to your prime by having a good lifestyle routine outlines above and:
- Morning: Moisturizer with SPF, High Quality Peptide Cream, Growth Factor Serum. I recommend TNS double pump, its about $200.
- Use Retin-A 0.05% then if you can tolerate 0.1% every night
