How tf are people estimating sub 6cm IPDs on top MMs here? Mine is 6.4cm with an extremely small head.

I have one of the smallest faces I have ever seen and it's 6.4cm IPD as measured by the doc. Doesn't look wide for my face even one bit. And it's not BDD. Several people have mentioned my small face. In fact when I went to Vietnam, people were "complimenting" me for it and getting me depressed. my head legit looks like a dot and I'm just 177cm.
