How tf are you supposed to get sunlight in Northern Europe?

Sun doesn't come out most of the time, and when it does it's still fucking cold outside so you have to wear heavy clothing.

Only chance you have is in summer, which is only 3 months of the year. If you live somewhere with sun 24/7 and you rot inside you are low T as fuck.
