I end up sleeping with 30celsius room as a white guy and I sleep well. The hard thing is falling asleep. I always fell like a log back when I took antidepressants and antipsychotics.

No difference with melatonin. Maybe quality/lucidity of dreams. Supplements 'may' work with certain people. I think it's not the norm.

Nope. Having trouble for falling asleep IS mostly due to SSRI (antidepressant) withdrawal.
