How tf can I improve my fucking cardio

Wtf man I get gassed out so quick. I like lifting weights but cardio feels like death what are some cardio hacks apart from losing weight

I feel cardio helps in sportsmax and general indicators of health which is attractive

i'm a gigachad when it comes to cardio tbh, (cycling 10 hours 220-230km with my mountain bike, and running 5 hours weekly like 60km)
basically, you wanna build very slowly. If you tell me what cardio you want to maxx i can guide you.

Unironically do those pranayama technique, unleash the inner yogi within yourself. There are credible cources on pubmed that show those breathing techniques increase lung capacity.

Elliptical at the gym is probably the best way to start building cardio for someone that does not have good cardio. Then can progress to bike, and then to running.
I would suggest starting at 40 minutes, 3x per week. Progressing to 60 minutes.
I do 50-70 minutes when I use the Elliptical. I bike 50-90 minutes. I can only run distance on the beach because old knees, which turns into a run/walk/run/walk because running on the beach is fucking hard.
