You should be able to keep up small talk, learn to talk even on smaller things or things you notice even like weather; telling a story is good too (helps to not be a boring loser spending his life in front of a screen and you'll have at least some stories to tell), but don't fall for le talkative extrovert meme, you're a man, you don't need to yap 24/7. It's okay if you "don't talk much", really. Just don't be a mute weirdo and you're fine, it's okay for someone else to carry conversation/talk more especially if it's a woman
