How tf did it happen to me

I genuinely would be happy if someone here could explain me how come my nose changed so drastically the last year from 16.5 to 17.5. I had a septoplasty 10 months ago but it was never supposed to change the nose so I doubt its that but who knows .
Can a rhino fix this or its unfixable? Cause i knoe some surgeons turn down people with certain noses

Yeah idk and i never took roids. Acne is my best guess so maybe accutane.

They say your nose doesn't stop growing until your early 20s, but it's usually not massive past the age of 16. I would blame your hormones on this one ngl, pray it's swelling due to bad health habits and that by fixing those it may reduce the inflammation on your nose.

It may also be a combination of both things I mentioned.

Low IQ response ngl. An unhealthy lifestyle will inevitably increase your inflammation markers, this is not a debate in any way. Having high inflammation in your face, can cause things like this to happen.

What kind of logic did you use to land in the conclusion that a healthy lifestyle will not help you, lol? Low inflammation is law.

It can definitely be acne as well, so Accutane may be smart. Your natural nose is fine as it is, so trying rhinoplasty before fixing your disgusting habits is pretty damn stupid. But I'm 100% willing to bet that's just inflammation, just by looking at the rest of your face even with most of it censured you can sense the high inflammation aura
