No they're big now any bigger and I'd be melon head like Barrett. I need nasion and a bit of chin and maybe some forward projection of Zygos everything else is decent

Cetaphil cleanser morning evening and night
Tretinoin 0.1% at night after cleanser
Azelaic once in two days with tretinoin or without ( depends on how sensitive skin feels)
Ray peat diet
Red light therapy
Vit c and zinc supplements
Vit C serum midday
Aha bha pha peels ( exfoliation) twice a week and I skip tret and azelaic on these days

Also I don't wash face with soap, and by red light therapy I meant getting sunlight at 7-8 pm or 5-6 pm. I don't have any red light paraphernalia. I also wear sunscreen and sleep 9 hours.
