There isnt much you can do naturally for your eye area. I would advice you to maximize health indicators if you are aiming for a natural puberty and just sleep enough hop on a good diet and got gym. There isnt much else you can really do about your eye area. Other than maybe volufiline for your infras if they are recessed but I cant tell if they are for sure recessed, looks like they are.
