How TF do I get rid of back acne fast

I’m on accutane and don’t have a single spot on my face anymore yet my back is the worst of any human I’ve ever seen even google won’t show me a worse case please someone tell me how to fix it. It’s caused by high testosterone not hygeine I’ve done a Blood test and since knowing hygeine (bad) causes acne I’m extremely clean. Help

Don't use products on the skin that contain retinoids and/or salicylic acid. Make sure to use cleanser that are not comedogenic and are fragrance-free brother. If you ever sweat a lot, make sure to shower and wash as quickly as you can and wear breathable clothing. That should get the job done.
