its just a messy mid length cut with a taper and some texture. grow the top out, keep the sides shorter and use a blow dryer + sea salt spray to get the volume. take the pic to a barber if you dont know how to do it yourself. just remember haircuts wont save you if your bone structure is trash, but it can help a bit.
