Wake up for like 3 mins and then go back to sleep but like do simple math in your head so the part in your brain stays awake that can determine when things are wrong
Go back to sleep

Remember to look at your hands

And that’s when u realize u in a dream
And I’ve never gotten this don’t get excited you’ll wake up bullshit cause I’ve been excited nothing has ever happened I stay asleep.

I was able to briefly lucid dream a couple of weeks ago. Whenever I experienced the absolute edge of wakefulness and unconsciouness sleep, I intentional woke up and got out of bed briefly to then go back into bed, after repeating this 3-4 times, I fell asleep and became aware in my dream.
