you can!!!! do inversion method.
so evening before you go to sleep you take a little bit of oil on your fingertips (optional) and you lay on your bed with just your head off the edge and massage it for about 10 minutes, do this for the next few days (dont do it more than 7 days a month cause otherwise your scalp will get used to the bloodflow and u dont want that) it will give crazy growth believe me.
