I see normie and chad eat carbs on night out all the time like Pizza, fries, burritos. I don’t know about stacy’s diet tho, if she follow any?


But whenever I eat carbs like Ramen, Pizza, potato chips, packaged snacks my face got bloated and has bermishes all over my face.

But when I do clean eating Keto or low carb my face got leaner and crystal clear? Despite increasing sodium.

No. when u live chad lifes u starvamaxx the whole day to eat at night to appear more NT and shit. and being lean helps. i usually do that too and im never bloated. although i try to bloat myself because i dont like my death face

I don’t know where you live but in the UK I rarely see a chiseled face, maybe like 2% of guys. Majority of faces I see are carb / sodium creatine puffy round balloons.

I need to go low carb, low sodium and high water intake for my face to be chiseled, otherwise I’m like those 98% of guys.

I don’t know where you live but in the UK I rarely see a chiseled face, maybe like 2% of guys. Majority of faces I see are carb / sodium creatine puffy round balloons.

I need to go low carb, low sodium and high water intake for my face to be chiseled, otherwise I’m like those 98% of guys.

Calorie deficit/good metabolism/ not eating junk all the time

What do you even eat in a day to avoid carbs. I can’t think of any high calorie meal that isn’t something carb heavy like pasta or rice.

It’s a pain in the ass cooking low carb because you have to make a lot of meats every day. When I eat normally I can just fill up on pasta.

Fish is a mogger food though.

Just throw meat like Squid, Shrimp, Salmon, Cod fish, Steak into an air fryer, no need for supervision.

I eat like this almost everyday my mom is impressed how can I eat fish everyday lol. I can fish all day everyday till I die.

I'm hoping hopping on a TRT type dose will help me out more than anything. Very low calories or even normal calories with a shit tonne of exercise just barely changes how I look

Generally people with better metabolic health and glucose disposal capacity due to genetics, higher testosterone, and lifestyle find they tolerate carbs extremely well. And vice versa. The sicker you are metabolically the worse you do

I have high metabolism I can eat 3000 calories yet still not gain weight. But carbs and sodium make me retain pseudoweight/ water weight. Its my kidney RAAS fcking with me.

How many calories you eat per day has nothing to do with metabolic health. If you feel you are retaining water you with carbs and fat you are simply too fat. Post a picture
