How tf do people get 9 hours of sleep

I have to wake up 6 A.M, when tf am I supposed to go to bed, 9 pm???

Thats totally unrealistic, I got to bed 10 pm yesterday, layed there like a retard for an hour before I fell asleep.

I don't want to imagine how it would be if I had to 9 pm, which I actually need to if I want the ideal amount of sleep

ASMR helps but I don't want to rely on it, and if I fall asleep with my phone I will be subjected to dangerous radiation

Its the opposite with me, I fall sleep easily but only sleep for 6:30hrs everyday... Yeah it's mild insomnia.

Makes me low energy, irritated and zombie like :/

Fap before you are going to sleep. It will improve your sleep quality, dopamine will do this. 7 hours with good sleep quality> 9 hours with bad sleep quality.
