If you gain muscle mass the calorie intake to loose weight increases (ie: more muscle = you can eat more than now and still loose fat)

Although I've been working out and I'm still in a calorie deficit, I'm still somehow bloated.

Typical endomorphic sand rat shit body genetics. What are arabs goods for other than reproducing like rats with their own cousins and going Kamikaze?

i chew 2-3 pieces of falim gum when im hungry and have nothing to eat tbh it helps ngl

same, i'm currently leanmaxxing through intense cardio. only problem is i get so fuuuuuucking hungry
 
either do more cardio or eatr things that makes you feel fuller , for example oatmeal is low calorie yet if i eat a bowl and a half i feel pretty full you gotta be smart with your calories. Work smarter not harder

Stop eating. Drink only water and tea/black coffee
 
The reason you're hungry is because your body naturally doesn't like being at your current body fat, which bf% it is will be different for everyone. You're starving yourself so it goes overdrive to force you to eat

You just have to keep pushing.

Or increase your calories for a while then drop them again
