not sure and cant measure cuz i threw all tape measures out of the house because i was obsessed with measuring my arm size and neck size, its visibly muscular but insertions dont do me justice + wide face i gotta have tren neck so its optimal

My insertions are also pretty shit, and my jaw is wide so I also need a giga thick neck

thats way too much bro, it needs rest to grow, its also very bad if u get an injury so take care and lower it to at least 3
