you're probably drinking ass kefir, you need to get good quality kefir. It's just trial and error, finding one that you like.

Nice kefir tastes like thick milky greek yoghurt, very refreshing

People turn kefir into fruit-flavoured yoghurts, try and find that in a store, there should still be similar nutrient levels
